Why subscribe?

It’s always felt silly to say out loud, but music has played such an important role in my life. I’ve been an artist and an observer for as long as I can remember, and so much of my memory is dictated by which artists and albums I frequented at varying stages of my development. Music has brought me so much freedom and catharsis in ways nothing else can. I created this newsletter in order to pay homage to the soundtracks punctuating my life, the kooky indie folk I devoted myself to in high school and the 70’s rock my father introduced to me.

I am so excited to share my work and my life with you, and I hope it’ll spark some thought about your own personal soundtrack.
